Procedure: Set up a circuit to measure the input and output characteristics of the BJT provided. Use the circuit below. (a) For the input characteristics fill in the table below for V CE = 4V. V CE V CC V BB V BE (use 3 decimal places) I B I C 4 4 0 0 0 0 4 0.1 4 Change this value to keep V CE const. 0.2 Record values Record values Record values 4 0.3 Keep this value constant at 4V 0.4 until 4 2.0 Start off by applying 4 V for V CC and 0V at V BB to achieve 4V at V CE . Now increase V BB in increments of 0.1V and vary V CC accordingly to keep V CE constant at 4V. Record values for V BE and I B . Repeat for V CE = 6V. Note:
