If a random sample of 20 males is selected, what is the probability that: i. Exactly 3 males will over 200 lbs? ii. At least one male will be over 200 lbs? 3. If a random sample of 500 males is chosen, what is the probability i. more than 40 males will be over 200 lbs? ii. 40 or more males will be over 200 lbs? Hint: Use Normal Approximation with Continuity correction. 4. If it is known that one in one thousand ( 0.001) males is over 350 lbs, what is the probability that in a random sample of 2000 males, more than 3 males would be over 350 lbs? 5.
