I do not agree with those who believe that exercise prevents heart disease because some of my friends got heart attacks while they are exercising.   Conclusion: People should not exercise • Reasons: 1. Some got heart attacks           while they are exercising.

Alternative Solutions as Conclusion • Conclusion: Those who have a heart   condition should not exercise • Conclusion: Those who are at risk of a   heart attack should consult their   physicians before doing exercise • Equally credible?

Medical studies have shown that people were more likely to catch cold when they felt stressed out. Many patients with cold symptoms reported that they were going through some tough time in live and felt overwhelmed.
