Unformatted text preview: Nadia Fiaz Behavior Journal Week 1 This first week wasn’t as tough as I thought it would be. When I went shopping for groceries on Sunday, I made sure to stay away from chips. That is my weakness; I could eat a whole big bag at one time for a meal. I did give in and buy a package of cookies for dessert that I would limit myself to. I do still live in the dorms so I have a meal plan. They do offer plenty of choices in the cafeteria. However, since I have recently become a vegetarian there aren’t as many selections as I would like. I try to switch it up between pasta, fish, and grilled cheese. I try to really avoid the greasy pizza they have to offer. Yet sometimes I just get sick of having fish all the time. They did offer shrimp once that week, which I love so that was a bit different. I did get fries twice during the week. I also had ice cream almost every night. This is stuff I really would like to cut down on. I know this is just those cravings that I can go without.
