Our residence halls are a home-away-from-home for many students, and wouldn’t it be nice to see leaders emerge and create a sense of community bonding throughout the area? To remain a community with such a good reputation, it is important to embrace togetherness by improving communication skills. Creating leaders helps the community grow together as one in a positive manner. The Dale Carnegie Institute is a place where motivated people can learn the skills to success. These skills allow individuals to learn how to work well with people, become leaders and learn tools to improve performance.
