Textual Analysis: First Draft Group Feedback Directions: Part I- Getting Started: 1) Arrange your seats so that all three group members are sitting side by side. 2) Have each group member give everyone else in the group a copy of his/her paper. 3) Glance at the Textual Analysis guidelines I’ll be using to evaluate the second draft (they’re pasted in below)—this should give you a sense of the core elements of this paper. Part II- Reading Aloud /Writing Feedback: 1) Have the person sitting in the middle read another group member’s paper (not his/her own!) aloud, stopping at the end of each paragraph. 2) When the group member reading aloud stops at the end of a paragraph, the two non-authors should take a moment to review the paragraph just read and write a check mark and their initials next to any part they especially like,
