Guo Yuxin C1 #15 Professor Farber Arts 2203, section 1 November 4, 2007 Reflection of Outside Concerts #2 November 4, 2007 3:00pm Rialto Center for the Arts Artists: Georgia State University Symphony Orchestra Michael Palmer, conductor 1. Mozart Clarinet Concerto, K.622 (Allegro) — Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart When I heard the music, I fell into a delightful ball for noble. The ball begins gently with the violins’ playful melody. Afterwards, all the other instruments join in the big party. They repeat the themes over and over. The party kept going and going. The volume became weak suddenly, and there came the clarinet, like a single dancer in the center of the party, rolling and circling. After a while the whole orchestra played, joining in the dance and echo clarinet. The orchestra played upward and changed to the tonic key, back to the beginning. The tempo slowed down, indicated the end of the ball. 2. Se Romeo t’uccise (from I Capuletti e Montecchi) — Vincenzo Bellini
