Gore's structure is highly organic, imitating a boundaryless organization by breaking down the chain of command and creating limitless spans of control, as "Gore decided to eliminate the hierarchy found in most organizations" and "eliminated status differences all together". There is little work specialization and formalization, since "there are no job titles" but high levels of decentralization, as "each employee. ..has the freedom to develop new ideas". Gore's organic structure is a good indicator that the organization is pursuing an innovation strategy. 2. Individuals who score highly on extraversion, intuition, feeling and perceiving on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience on the Big Five Model are more likely to respond favorably to Gore's lack of hierarchy.
