Title: LAB #4 Masses and Springs Lab Objective: The main purpose of this lab was to understand how the kinetic, elastic potential and gravitational potential energy react to different masses and different springs. Procedure: I first opened up the masses and springs lab program from the phet website. Then before I start any calculations I moved the friction slider to none. I then measured the length of the springs and just played around with the lab to observe and understand how it works. I then, started by doing question 1 and hooked different weights on different springs and calculated when the elastic Potential energy equals to zero. And to find the zeros I just looked at the energy graph and looked when it was zero and noted that measurements down. I then followed the same directions for question 3 as question 1 but instead of finding elastic Potential energy at zero I had to find the Kinetic Energy at zero. I then started question 4 and started to play around again with
