MAKE-UP POLICY FOR OM 210 TESTS AND RECITATION QUIZZES Fall 2010 Consistent with the policy for make-ups stated in the syllabus and as described at the beginning of the semester, the make-up policy for tests and recitation quizzes in OM 210 (all sections) is stated herein. The terms and conditions for a make-up are contained in the numbered items below. Full compliance with this policy statement is mandatory. (Read this policy statement in full.) 1. The test/recitation quiz make-up day is Friday, December 10, 2010, and only on this date, in . 2. A make-up is only for a missed test or recitation quiz. RE-TESTING IS NOT PERMITTED. Re-testing to replace scores already earned on recitation quizzes and/or tests is strictly prohibited and will not allowed under any circumstances. (A missed lecture quiz cannot be made up under any circumstances. There are no exceptions, regardless of reason, including (but not limited to) medical, family, work, and transportation emergencies.) 3. One and only one (1) make-up is allowed, either a test or a recitation quiz (but not a lecture quiz). 4.
