Ryan Wisneski Man2021 Due: October 29, 2008 Homework Assignment #3 When that time finally comes each year that brings around the annual written performance evaluation for those in the work force many begin to worry about the changes that may come. These evaluations are only done once a year and help businesses look back on the performance of their employees to make sure they are working efficiently and are actually benefitting from the work done by each employee. Some people believe that these filings are not positive for both the business and its employees but the benefit seems so clear cut it is hard to grasp how they could not help. The research is clear. The outcome is consistent. One of the most powerful leadership tools for improving productivity and increasing employee satisfaction is performance feedback. With the new information the evaluations show that this personal performance feedback is a key driver for continuous learning, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Performance evaluations
