Introducing a product that will make the process of doing laundry both simple, space saving and time saving, the QuickClean washer/dryer combination is the latest form of technology to hit the market. It combines the concept of a washer and dryer. After washing ones clothes, the consumer will not have to go through the process of putting them in the dryer. Instead, the QuickClean will drain the water and start drying the clothes automatically. To make turn this plan into reality, Convenience Concepts LLC is seeking an investment of $8,000,000 which will be paid back starting in 6 months with equal payments for the following four and a half years at an annual interest rate or 37.97%. The goal of this product is to replace the dual system of both a washer and dryer, effectively saving consumers space in their homes. This product is 4.2 cubic feet in size and features five water temperatures to help customers with their variance in clothing combinations. It also features an anti-vibration system to cut down on the noise produced. The QuickClean will come in two colors, white and black. The plan to take over the market in the Twin Cities involves aggressive advertising through social networking websites like facebook, myspace and twitter as well as radio advertising. The plan is to offer a better product than the competitors at a cheaper price and this will be directly expressed through the marketing done throughout the next five years. With an initial investment of $8,000,000, Convenience Concepts will be able to beginning making money in only the seventh month of operation and will be break even by the ninth month. This initial $8,000,000 investment will be able to produce a profit of over $6,000,000 over the course of five years after completely paying back the initial investment at an annual interest rate of 37.97%.annual interest rate of 37....
