Technology is changing the face of business communications. Do you think businesses effectively use these resources to communicate? Why or why not? Provide examples . In reply to the above question, I believe that a number of businesses do use the resources that are accessible to the business. As an example I work for an architectural metal company, we have access to prints and drawing on papers. However, our company uses the 3D true view programs instead. I have seen a number of companies use Blue prints along with program like this one on small portable personal computers. I understand that some smaller companies have a limited budget for technology like this; this era is now into using technology. so using the programs available would be the best and perhaps wises way to achieve a max efficiency when it come to making sure the third floor of a building has the same updated prints as the 15 th floor of that building. Along with using the program, it could save on printing and paper or paying a person to run drawing up and down the building....
