These different styles can affect the way we treat our customers. Even the smallest of businesses can be challenged when it comes to communication styles and customer service. Our communication styles will have a tremendous impact on our customer satisfaction. But we have to also remember that the way we communicate is just as important for our internal customer just as it is for our external customers. If an employee is not happy or satisfied with their position or duties, their negative thinking can trickle down on to our customers.
