Unformatted text preview: Thank you for the very interesting paper presented by Group 1. This paper analyzed the case rather thoroughly and addressed most important aspects of the questions. Firstly, I agree with the presenting group that being nice is very important for CEOs in the current business climate. If CEOs can provide an environment of openness to experience and empathy, employee turnover will be low and overall job satisfaction will be high. In addition, I think that being nice is a good characteristic that should be possessed not only by CEOs but also by every members in an organization. This can be considered as organizational citizenship behavior. In order to help organizations grow and flourish, employees should engage in good citizenship behaviors such as helping others on their team, volunteering for extra work, avoiding unnecessary conflicts, respecting the spirit as well as the letter of rules and regulations, and gracefully tolerating the occasional work-related impositions and...
