Unformatted text preview: Thank you for the very interesting paper presented by Group 1. This paper analyzed the case rather thoroughly and addressed most important aspects of the questions. However, I’m writing to give some supplements to make our understanding of this case more perfect. Firstly, you said in your paper that “the personality type of the individual appears to be the main driving force between the two,” my idea is that hard-working capacity is determined by a good fit between human personalities and job’s characteristics. For example, some types of people greatly love travelling. If the job offers them many opportunities to travel around, they will be willing to dedicate to the job even though it requires long-hour working schedule. I realized that three of four peoples in the case have jobs relating to travelling, so they may also stay in the same situation like my example.
