I don’t believe an incentive program is appropriate. The current program does not exist at Kanto. For this reason the employees pretty much do minimum amount of work when it comes to their job because there aren’t any incentives for them to put in more effort than bare minimum. 2. If so, should there be one, two, or several plans? I believe there should be several plans that vary depending on the target of each individual employees and their particular job duties. All the plans should first find the average expected output from each employee and then figure out various incentives for performing at 10%, 20% or higher above the minimum job requirement. 3. Who should be included? There should be at least 70% of workers that should be included in the Pay-for- performance (PFP) program. Certain support positions such as recruiters or human
