Instructor Exercise: On-the-Job Training Part I (Refer to Step 5 online): Write a paragraph about his experience. Was it  quick? Easy? Actually, it was a little hard to just show them without talking, but overall I think  that it went quite well.  I do not think that it was as quick as any of us  thought it should have been, but much quicker than just having someone  learn how to do it all by themselves.   It took me longer to initially learn how  to make the cup since I was doing it by myself then it did for me to teach it to  other individuals.  The entire exercise took about an hour or so.  This  included me learning to perfectly create the cup.
