What can companies do to avoid this problem? What kinds of skills do managers learn from a foreign assignment, and how can the company benefit from them? What is the role of repatriation in the company’s global competitive situation? Reverse culture shock is a state of disorientation an anxiety that results from returning to one’s own culture. And I think it’s quite hard for those employees to work in other countries. Different countries mean different cultures. They should get used to a country which is a totally strange place for them. The company can solve the problem such as allow the employees to take their family with them. So they won’t feel too bad because they have family with them. Managerial skills, not technical skills are to learn how to deal with a wide range of people, to adapt to their cultures through compromise, and not to be a dictator.   Tolerance for ambiguity is to make decision with less information and more uncertainty about the
