According to a research about twenty-five percent of Americans are suffering from sleep deprivation or worse. That’s very dangerous because of it may cause many problems. The article uses five paragraphs to write about five effects of sleep deprivation. First, the main effect is fatigue and weariness throughout the day. Your body did not get enough recharge at night, so it is very weak and cannot function as well as it normally does.
