Week 6 Checkpoint Doug Holt Systems Development Life Cycles, or SDLC for short, is a very complex process with eight separate phases. The first phase is systems investigation and involves the actual feasibility study to determine if the system would be worth the cost. People involved in this phase would be the technical specialists and stockholders or management. The next phase is the analysis of the system. This phase is where specification definitions are established and potential bugs are identified. This phase will utilize the services of the managers and the system analysts. This phase is critical to the overall success of the system by ensuring the functioning of the system to full capabilities. The third phase is the actual design of the system. This is where the system will begin to take shape. This phase is where the software development team will begin to define each of the required functionalities, features, and operations. Phase
