Ambulatory care settings.Ambulatory Care is a developing field of nursing. For instance, most of individuals in theU.S receive healthcare in ambulatory setting. Ambulatory care setting is a medical care offered on an outpatient basis (Yuan, He, Meng & Jia, 2017). One of the ambulatory care setting is internet, computers and smartphones. Through the internet, patients are able to access to their care providers through medical websites. Also, the introduction of medical apps on smartphones have been of great help when it comes to treatment and preventing certain diseases. Second, mobile Careis an important ambulatory care setting that is prevalent in most countries. Mobile Care involves the use of convertible buses and minibusses to provide healthcare to patients (Yu, Hill, Ricks, Bennet & Oriol, 2017). Mobile Care is usually used in remote areas to reach vulnerable people in society.
