Unformatted text preview: Wellington Liu PHIL204-011 Alan Smith, Summer 2010 Journal 3 On Wednesday's class we talked about Hinduism and Buddhism. Hinduism talks about how we are all related, part of a big "self". I think this is very true, and as opposed to just all related. Because the idea of all of us are related would be too vague and it would be kind of disrespectful when we do something harmful or ethically wrong to other people, such as tackling someone while playing soccer or lying to a friend. There's a word, Moksha, that talk about true liberation, I think it is very hard achieving true liberation because it is a very deep concept for someone to do it, unless they have determination, and patience.
