Terrance March June 12, 2009 Unit 1 IP QMB350 The Fundamental of Statistics Examine position (qualitative) and benefits (quantitative) The AIU team of researchers have come together to collect and analyze data within a company. There are nine categories that were collected and of the nine I will further investigate positions and benefits. Within this particular company there are so many ranges from age, gender to time with the company. Getting back to my analysis, starting with position. The data collected stated whether the position is hourly meaning there is room for overtime or salary meaning no room for overtime. The second part that I am analyzing is benefits. This was based on a scale from 1-7 with 1 being the least satisfied and 7 being the most satisfied. Sad to say no one answered they were very satisfied. I chose to look at position and benefits because they are not related to each other at all. Normally benefits are something that you sign up for when you start a company. Benefits are not based on your
