Customer Service Having the right product show up at the right time, in the right quantity, without damage or loss, to the right customer is an underlying principle of a company that recognizes the importance of customer service. As a company the does rely heavily on customer service, this is our policy. Peters and Waterman, in their popular nonfiction bestseller said it best, “Getting close to your customers”, is the key to achieving success in business. “Getting close to your customers” has several meanings, one is having a logistical system that can be responsive to customer orders and understand their requirements. This company also stands by the motto “Market Driven Quality”, which includes not just quality of the product, but a series of quality related services that support the product and uphold a relationship with the customer, with the driving end being complete customer satisfaction.
