Which of the four functions of Management is the most difficult personally for you? Why? The four functions of Management are planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Planning is the first step of the managerial process and it involves the decision making which is essential for a business. Organizing mainly deals with the assignment of jobs to the individuals and the execution of the functions as described in planning. Proper leadership is vital for the business as they work towards their goals and motivate their workers. Controlling is the final step as standards are communicated within the group members and evaluations are done regularly so that the business aim is fulfilled.

Planning involves the logical thinking, decision and the tasks that needs to be accomplished by the organizations objectives. The vision and the objective of the business are made clear during planning. The blueprint of the entire action of plan, their problems and the remedial measures are taken during this phase. As well as the planning involves participation of other colleagues and if the foundation is not stable enough, the whole project/management might not turn out that efficient. So the success or the failure of a business depends on effective planning....
