Tactical plans: Tactical plans are short term plans aiming at implementation and direct usage of resources for the purpose of completion of activities. My organization uses all of the three types of plan mentioned above. It uses these three types of plans to ensure effectiveness in the organization and help manage the organization through a well directed plan so that efforts can be channelized in a unified direction.
