Covel Tutoring LS1 Professor Thomas Week 1 I. First Things First: The Rules and Expectations ~ Come Prepared and ON TIME that’s me when you’re on time …that way we can end early too! ~ Covel Tutoring requires that you should call or e-mail 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it or are gonna be late ~ This is not a lecture. You already came from lecture… what I’m here for is to try help you gear your focus in appropriate areas. ~ If you have more than 2 unexcused absences someone else on the waitlist can take your place. ~ This course has easy material. This course has a lot of material. If you don’t keep up with the material the easy stuff hard stuff…. Professor Thomas is very knowledgeable… this is reflected in his midterms and he expects you to know his slides inside out. ~ PARTICIPATE! If I ask you a question, feel free to brainstorm, give me an answer. If it’s wrong, I don’t care, at least you tried. WI prefer wrong answers from folks who try over the “blank stare” method… and if the answer is that bad at least we all get a good laugh right? Okay

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
