The addition of Na to the interior of the cell would result in a reversal of the concentration gradient and a reversal of the concentration gradient of sodium such that the net forces on sodium would be reveresd. Sodium would leak out rather than in. Potassium would have a smaller if not reversed electrical gradient with no change in the concentration gradient -- this would result in potassium leaking out of the cell at a greater rate than normal.
