About Us --> Who We Are
Peking University High School International Division is a department of one of the most
respected and renowned high schools in China.
Founded in 2010, our goal is to provide a rigorous and vibrant curriculum for our
students, many of whom wish to spend their university years abroad -- whether in
America or another country. To that end, we have partnered with the Hotchkiss School,
one of America’s finest boarding schools, and are pursuing a curriculum with an equal
footing in both American and Chinese pedagogical traditions.
At the International Division, we strive to develop our students into open, progressive,
dynamic, and creative individuals -- able to pursue their goals with skill and passion in
the 21st century.
Here, we seek to create not just a school, but a community of students, teachers,
parents, and administrators dedicated to education. We expect all of our members to
act responsibly with each other and towards the school. We encourage our students to
pursue their passions, individually and in collaboration with others. We instill in every
member a commitment to service -- to themselves, to their families, and to the societies
they come from.
