2) Apple is a very successful company with the main strategy is broad definition. The company produces high technology products with high quality at a reasonable price. The chief elements of Apple strategy is 1) focus on non-computer products, 2) launching iTunes going with iPod, 3) protect intellectual property and 4) maintain Apple brand – one of the biggest in technology market. Those elements are not only fit well together but also the right strategic path leading Apple to become the biggest competitor in digital product market of the world. The first strategy of Apple is focusing on non-computer product, which is started by producing iPod, a digital music player. With the sale of more than 22 million during the first quarter of 2009, iPod becomes dominant in music industry and increased company net quarter profits to 1.61 billion.
