Medeiros 2 604 West James Mount Olive, NC 28366 Dear Director of Human Resources: The attached report, in a letter to East Coast Bank dated September 7, 2009, describes the economic impact that can be caused by the decreasing of enrollment with the bank. I belive that you will find the results of this study useful in evaluating current issues that are been happening in the bank. This study was designed to find solutions to the current problem that is affecing the bank’s enrollment of constumers. Primary research consisted of analysis of day-by-day situations in the bank, such as for how long were people waiting to be attended. Also, we did surveys with constumers and employees; for the constumers we asked about insatisfaction with the bank service, and for the employees, we asked about the stress level after a day working at the bank, since the work was being almost non stoppable during the business hours. Results of this survey, disussed more fully in this report indicate that the bank needs to invest time and money to find new qualified workers. Secondary research sources included books and online resources. I would be pleased to discuss this report and its conclusions qith you at your request.
