Predictability: preplanned generation based on load forecasting, influenced by human operation based on optimum operation (scheduled operation). Located relatively close to the load center. Generator: synchronous generator Fixed speed no slip: flux is controlled via exciter winding. Flux and rotor rotate synchronously.
