CLST 241 Religions of Ancient Greece Fall 2010 Paper Monday, Nov. 1 deadline for choosing a topic (sign up sheet on office door, CC 563) Monday, Nov. 22 last day I will accept optional drafts Friday, Dec. 3 paper due in class 3-5 pages, typed, double space, stapled For this paper, you will examine a primary source for Greek religion, written or  visual. Choose one of the sources below (no more than FIVE students per topic).  Using what you are learning in this course, place your source into its context,  explain which aspect(s) of Greek religion it relates to, how it relates, and what  information the source provides about Greek religion. Links to translations of texts  and photos of objects are available on Blackboard. You can use any translation  you want, but it will be easiest to use the one I provide.
