Unformatted text preview: Job satisfaction 1 Job satisfaction is a collection of beautiful emotions (acceptance, happiness, enjoy) felt by the employee towards him\herself, his\her job, and the institution where he\she works, which turned his\her whole life and then to the real fun (working and life fun). Moreover, there are a certain elements to accomplish job satisfaction which are enjoying the work, the connection between the institutions, good relationship with superiors, the sense of the importance of his\her part in the organization, the organization's care, stability, accomplishment, and compatibility between the worker and job. Moving on, the importance and effects from achieving job satisfaction are mobilize all the energies and talents of employees of the institution to provide their best to achieve organizational goals, maintain the balance of the investment of human, technical and proficiency of the institution from leakage or loss, and rising institutional capacity to achieve their goals and deal with any challenges it faces. their goals and deal with any challenges it faces....
