PERSONILTY INTERVIEW PROFILE 2 Abstract The extent of this essay is an elevated level account on the writer's and interviewee's personalities by means of a compare and contrast format. Meticulous importance is placed on the development of particular personality traits and attitudes. Aspects considered include both of our upbringing, both of our experiences, and the weight of ethnicity and gender. Also included are topics that examine our style of studying and intrinsic opposed to extrinsic motivation.

PERSONILTY INTERVIEW PROFILE 3 Personality Interview Profile My interviewee was Katrina Al-Jumaily, a childhood friend who I have known since we where toddlers, and is only about a year younger than me 36. She is currently working full time in the school system with a focus on advancement through experience and furthering her education, while I hope to start with my new career when I complete my Associates degree in Health Care Administration. We have a very close relationship, so she and I were very comfortable with each other throughout the interview. The initial topic I decided upon was some of our experiences that contribute to our personalities. The Katrina explained that she remembers information correctly if she reads how the behavior is performed. The interviewee prefers studying at the library. She has completed the Myers Briggs test her results are ESFJ personality type. Katrina does not feel the results are exactly right. The reason why is because she feels that some decisions although possible based on a primary way of thinking, do not necessarily apply under all circumstances. She tends to weigh the pros and cons of most situations that she encounters, but humanly have acted upon instinct. She also feels she is very skilled at teaching, giving good explanations and persuasive speaking. This rationalization matches especially well with what we have been taught about the theory of multiple intelligences (Gardner, 1983). Katrina believes her; assume responsibility feature comes from being the oldest child among her sibling and the grandchildren, and having to be in charge for her grandmother as she got older. In addition to personality traits, Katrina feels that more than one experience in her life has contribute in the development of her personality.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
