Terry Crew Bus. 101 02/10/2008 Career Assessment Ironically, the letter provided to me by LearnmoreIndiana.org was "E", for "Enterprising". Several suggested careers for that which is specified above, include both manager and lawyer. My actual career goals are stunningly the same. I am currently a manager at PetSmart, one day hoping to become a store manager and develop my own store. My long term goal is to eventually finish college and become a trial lawyer. So, for this activity, I should like to pursue the path of the manager. During one of my many interviews, I was asked the following question - "What is the difference between a manager and a leader?" The answer was explained to be, that a leader has a dream and goal. A manager only helps that goal be carried out. In the same scheme of things, a manager is also inventive, but for the most part the goal has been placed in front of the position. A retail manager directs associates selling product, a computer systems manager oversees
