Title - "How to Handle Tough Questions" Authors - Gallo, Carmine Publisher - Business Week Online; 1/21/2009, p21-21 Summary The article discussed the way the author would recommend organizing questions into different divisions in order to provide the best answer for the given question. This was very efficient in practical business, as it can be applied to interaction with anyone. One basic piece of advice that was put forth, was to always look directly in the eyes of the person one is talking to, and speak to them while making eye contact. The author also discusses organizing the most possible group of questions before any event, so as to have the answers on the tip of one's tongue before the situation arises - before the question is even asked.
