It's that time of year where you're thinking about (or have figured out) where  you're going to live next year. For this week, I want you to apply this to Cathleen  McGuigan's "The McMansion Next Door: Why the American House Needs a  Makeover" on pages 418 and 419.  What is McGuigan's claim about housing? What do you look for in housing for  yourself here in Tallahassee? Do you prefer the convenience of on-campus  housing to the independence of living off-campus? Is off-campus safer than on- campus? What features do you look for in housing? Do you prefer a big place or  small, cozier place? Draw connection between what McGuigan argues and your  own residential preferences.
