ENTC 219 HOMEWORK Name: _______________________________ You are to design and implement the Combinatorial Logic Circuitry that accepts four inputs (K,L,M,N) as a 4-bit binary value and performs a two’s complement operation to produce a 4- bit output (W,X,Y,Z).
