RADIO AD CHECK POINT 2 Radio Ad Check Point Do you like meeting people? Do you like eating healthy? Do you like having fun and staying in good shape? Are you 55 and older? Research shows that there are many things the elderly can do to stay physically and mentally healthy such as meeting new people, eating healthy foods, and exercise. Physical activities also help to keep a healthy musculoskeletal system and prevent things such as arthritis and osteoporosis and help to protect the body from fractures if a person falls. Eating healthier and taking multivitamins and minerals are a way to help in the prevention of arthritis. Physical activities such as golfing, yoga, dancing, walking, and other types of exercise will help a person to build their musculoskeletal system up to prevent
