Where would it be inappropriate? Give reasons for your answers. a. In my opinion, electronic should only be for non-alcoholic beverages and with the alcoholic drinks, the service seems less personal. People like to see where their liquor is coming from. 2. What are the essential pieces of equipment that make up a pouring station? a. Jiggers, Pourers, Mixing glass, hand shaker, bar strainer, barspoon, ice scoop, ice tongs, muddler, fruit squeezer, funnel, and glass rimmer. 3. What questions would you ask before buying an electronic cash register? What would you want it to do? a. Would this be more efficient for my style of bar? I would want it to keep track of all my money being tendered and to record the cashier. 4.
