Executive Summary Situation Analysis 0 To address the need of security for small items in a market that has a remarkable response to alarms, safes and burglary proof items by providing a compact, low cost alternative to safes in which one can discreetly place items while having them secured in a location that is within their own set territory. Comprehensive research has shown an increase in residential and commercial property burglaries. Further research indicates the potential for a market share who have important items worth securing but are not willing to pay per monthly charges for alarm systems or do not wish to pay hundreds of dollars for safes. Economically priced non-conventional wall safe with the added feature of being “inconspicuous”. Recommendations The distribution and installation of the Secret Keeper will prove successful in the Miami area due to consumer’s consistent need of change. The Secret Keeper fulfills the needs of our target market from buying costly visible safes. The need to conceal valuables is the main objective of the Secret Keeper. There is low involvement in the product because its cost effectiveness. Basis For Recommendation 1. Product: The Secret Keeper is a disguisable safe in the wall sockets of a wall.
