HNRS 110—Lockwood Fall 2009 Read through your classmate’s proposal. Then once you have read it through, reread and on a separate and full-sized piece of paper, type out answers to the following questions about it. Most questions also require you to mark on the proposal itself. Only mark what we have asked you to mark. Do not make other corrections on the proposal itself. In answering these questions, your goals are to provide feedback that will challenge your classmates to think in new ways about their projects to address gaps in their work that they may not have seen to help them write more clear and powerful research proposals The best research reflects the kind of collaboration and consultation that we are asking you to do in this exercise, and for the rest of the semester. Be sure that your name and the name of the proposal are both on the document you create. Also include the title of the proposal. If the writer has not provided a specific title, please suggest one. 1.
