Unformatted text preview: Pic tu re 1 THEME AND VISION ROYAL PERSIAN The wedding of Pia and Giovanni took inspiration from Pias cultural background as well as Pias personality. The day was all about Pia. Giovanni had priority in making his bride feel beautiful, accomplished and loved throughout the process of their marriage. The Ahlambar family has cultural background in Persia. The couple exchanged vows and rings on the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico mindful of the historic sands near the Persian Gulf. The guests were seated on cushioned chairs draped in golden satin and tied with burgundy ribbon accented with a calla lily on the back of each chair. The vision of the actual ceremony was symbolic to Pias mother Pomi in remembrance of meeting her husband on those very shores of the Persian Gulf. Pia wanted to incorporate her father, his family and his heritage in every way possible on the day of her marriage. Pia is also quite the princess, and Giovanni made sure she was treated as such.
