Disintegration : growing awareness of racism & privileges associated with own racial group membership. Usually triggered by witnessing racism that is difficult to deny 3. Reintegration : the previous feelings of guilt or denial may be transformed into fear and anger directed toward people of color. (because you want to believe in a just world, so then if you see people with color are bad then you start
