Lectures - Course is based mainly on lectures and problem sets Good idea to download lecture slides prior to class and take notes. Textbook – Varian. For background and detail. Textbook is not main emphasis of the course. Workbook is optional Problem Sets Problems sets are not turned in or graded. No answers posted. Very useful for doing well on exams Sections: For going over homework, concepts, etc. Office Hours: For going over homework, concepts, etc. Exams: 2 midterms, 1 final Requests for regrade: typewritten , by 1 class after exam returned Grading Based almost entirely on exams. Strict grading curve. (Not my fault!) Clickers – Required, and give you extra points on exams
