Part 1 AN A paper Final exam comp 155 Final Assignment Appendix G After reading paragraph one and two, I find paragraph two to be more effective because of the helpful background information presented. It clearly illustrated that critical thinking as well as good sentence structure has been applied. The tone of the paragraph shows the purpose of the main topic; whereas paragraph one is difficult to understand because there is no rhythm or style shown. It reads as if the paragraph is just rambling on without a main purpose. For a reader to stay focused and interested there needs to be a pattern in the way it is written. I think an audience would find paragraph one to be boring and non-informative, in other words it shows no purpose, no structure within the sentences. Paragraph two however; is informative and is interesting it shows the purpose and has rhythm that is clearly seen while reading through the paragraph. 10/17/2010
