The more appropriate measure for this set of data is the use of the interquartile range since there is little standard deviation. The spread of this graph is small, meaning that there are small differences in the data set and I would not consider any of the costs outliers because of the similarity. The graph is skewed to the right and overall, Net2Phones rates are pretty uniform. I was also a little bit confused about the IQR....
