Managerial Communication Summary Communication is the process of exchanging ideas and information with others. The communication that takes place between manager and employees in order to get work done efficiently and effectively in organizations is Managerial Communication. If we look back in the history, we found that Greeks are the first who developed specific communication methods, in current era managerial communication has an important status in all organizations, because it is responsible for maintaining and building the relations inside, as well as outside the company. In many companies, communication is use as the most valuable instruments of managerial strategy. As manager’s responsibilities increases, managerial communication process becomes more complicated due to the complexity of company activities. According to analysts, in managerial practice four models of approach of the managerial communication are commonly used: 1. One way communication model 2. Circuit communication model
